We sell Sinks and tapware products,
c. Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to the following countries: Cuba (CU), Iran (IR), North Korea (KP), Sierra Leone (SL), Palestinian Territories, South Sudan, Myanmar, Crimea Ukraine, and Nigeria.
4. Disputes and Returns
a. Disputes and Returns: In the event of any disputes, returns, or issues related to product quality, please contact our customer support team at simon@waterfallsinks.com.au Please provide your relevant order number and a detailed description of the problem, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
We do not offer refunds for shipping that has been already performed in any circumstances. Please do not purchase if this is an issue.
5. Order and Payment Information
a. Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfers. We also accept After pay PayPal Pay in 4 Apple pay through third party Woo payments
b. Order Cancellations and Returns: There is a $10 fee for order cancellations as well as no refund on the credit card fees charged, except in cases where the order is out of stock because of our fault or a problem with the order that we deem to be our fault then we will refund. We do not provide refunds for wrong-or mistaken orders but will offer a store credit instead. Any Returns shipping must be paid for by the buyer and sent to our business address. To do this please contact us for a return authority number and we will then give further instructions on where to send the item to. We Must receive the Exact item back as we sent it. If the item is damaged or not resaleable then we will not refund the item. Please do not purchase if this is not acceptable.
6. Added Shipping Costs
As We use a Generic rate card for shipping that often is not correct for all postcodes and areas and often remote areas and areas that are further than 200 Km from our Warehouse Base of Gold Coast QLD Australia may not also be correct.
If the area your located in and purchasing from costs us more for us to ship too you than the quoted website cost we reserve the right to not complete the sale until the full shipping has been paid.
If this is the case then we will contact you and let you know and send you an invoice for the correct shipping amount minus what has already been paid of course.
Please understand that the items your purchasing are not 10$ items to ship they are costly and as such we need you to agree to this before purchasing from us.
Please ask us before purchasing for a quote of the item you want and give us your full shipping address before purchase. Purchasing an item means you agree to pay the proper shipping costs should they not be the same as what you see on the website.
IN this situation we will refund you if your not happy but if you do not ask us for a shipping quote first hen we will not refund the credit card fees in this situation.
Having said that we will only charge you what it costs us to ship the item.
7. Shipping and Delivery

b. Delivery Time: Once shipped, please allow 2 to 10 days for your order to arrive. In exceptional circumstances, it may take up to 30 days before we can submit a shipping case. Please refrain from submitting disputes until we have had time to investigate undelivered parcels.
c. Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for parcels incorrectly addressed, except in cases where the address provided differs from the order details at the time of payment.

a. Out of Stock Items: While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, there may be instances where an item appears as “in stock” but is actually out of stock.
b.We will notify you and provide options for item replacement, store credit, or a full refund if the error is on our part.
3.Items showing as backorder
If you purchase an item on backorder then please make sure you want this item as if you decide after that you don’t want to wait then we are happy to refund you minus our credit card costs and $10 admin fee.
4. Non Product fitting costs plumbers fees.Please note we do not pay for any costs involved with fitting or repairs even in the event your product might be faulty we will always warrent what we sell and if you are not happy and its our fault we will refnd the price of product once it has been returned minus the shipping costs originaly paid. we do not pay or tae any responsibility to 3rd parties you may engage to fit or repair this item. We ask that you do not purchase this item should any of these terms be an issue for you.
