The warranty period is 21 days only no exceptions from receipt

WE WARRANT ANY SCRATCHES AND DENTS UP TO 21 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF THE ITEM.PLEASE INSPECT THE ITEM ON RECEIPT OF YOUR SINK EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO INSTALL IT IMMEDIATELY. WE NEED TO KNOW THAT THE SINK HAS ANY SCRATCHES MARKS OR DENTS IMMEDIATELY SO THAT WE CAN MAKE AN CLAIMS REQUIRED WITH THE COURIER. 

ALL CLAIMS FOR SCRATCHES AND DENTS MARKS OR BREAKAGES OUTSIDE OF THIS TIME ARE NOT WARRANTED SO PLEASE CHECK ON RECEIPT OF YOUR GOODS NO ALLOWANCES WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THIS PERIOD

THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS 12 MONTHS AND IS BACK TO BASE START TIME IS DATE OF RECIVING YOUR GOODS END DATE IS THE DATE WE SEND RA NUMBER

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY

ANY WARRANTY AFTER 21 DAYS WILL BE REPLACE PARTS ONLY

Refund Policy

You have 21 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return for broken or damaged items. The item you return must be the same item we sent you we have branding and other identifiable marks on our sinks and do not take other manufacturers items to replace only our own products

When you contact us we will give you a reply with our return address on it as well as a returns authority number. Please make sure to get this before returning your item.

Getting the Ra number will be the date of the warranty being enforced final date.

We may first ask you additional questions in case the issue is a simple one to fix and offer advice on how to solve your problem and or replace the parts.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • Take Several clear pictures showing the item that your concerned about, the problem and the packaging,
  • The product is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All tags and labels are still attached.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please document what the issue is 
  • please quote your order number emailed to you when you purchased

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is not due to a product issue, Then customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of a product problem, we will cover the return shipping expenses.

When returning the item you must clearly attach to the item the RA number we give you.

You must get a tracking number with signed for delivery and send to the number to us as well as insuring the item as you are responsible for the item until it is signed for by one of our team.We are not responsible for any lost items in the post.

The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent in. 

We do not refund for wrong choices or changes in preferences. It is the duty of the customer to make sure items comply with local state and country regulations as we dont refund for incorrect choices in this regard.

IMPORTANT ********ITEM DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL***********

Please note that it is our policy that the customer is responsible for notifying us of any damaged to the product upon receiving within 21 days of delivery. Aftert hat we wont warrant for any product damages so as soon as you receive your item please open and inspect the item as soon as you receive it to make sure there is no damage to the item.

Should there be any damage we also ask that you take clear photos of both the packaging as well as the damaged areas and email them or send through whatsapp here so that we can ascertain if the damage has happened due to fault of the shipping company.

We have to implement this policy due to customers notifying us may months later and not being able to get the refund from the courier company. No exceptions will be made for this policy,

Refunds
